Short Bio
Dr. Aya Navon Wurgaft serves as the head of the impact track in the MBA program at Tel Aviv-Yafo Academic College, and head of research at the Israeli Forum for Impact Economy (IFIE). Dr. Navon holds a PhD in Business Administration from the Hebrew University and a master’s degree in psychology and cognition science. She specializes in complexity theory, institutional theory, and system thinking—and how these disciplines relate to the emerging field of impact entrepreneurship in Israel. With over 15 years of experience in management, consulting, and research, she is a partner in leading projects in Israel and around the world, focusing on systemic change and impact management and measurement processes.
